How do I begin designing my booth? What things do I need to take into consideration?
Designing your exhibit booth is a fun and exciting project. The objective is to "maximize" your product and/or service, showing all your show attendees that your are worthy of their business. Things such as graphics & product images, counter space, storage needs, demonstration space, computers, video displays, seating & tables are all elements that make up your booth space. Be sure and ask your BKMedia Group representative how to best get started exploring all your options, allowing your business or organization to STAND OUT at your next show!

How early do I need to place my order prior to my show date?
This timeline can fluctuate based on products and/or service. Typically, we need at least a month for all backwall hardware rental orders, and at least 10-15 business days for all graphics production. For custom booths, each estimated timeline will be based on labor time and costs.

How will I receive my materials, booth hardware, graphics, etc?
This timeline can fluctuate based on products and/or service. Typically, all hardware and graphics will be shipped to show location or office via UPS ground. If you have your booth materials sent directly to the show, we will have the materials sent to show management, where they will pick up at the delivery bay and leave your materials at your booth space.

What will I do after the show is over and my booth needs to be shipped either back to my office, or is a rental return?
Onsite show management will have delivery slips ready for you to fill out on the last day of your exhibition. If you are returning rental materials, they will need to be mailed to Nimlok directly: Nimlok Company, 7420 N. Lehigh Ave., Niles, IL 60714, United States

What are your graphic design charges?
Graphic design rates are $85 per hr.
